who can use blah.boo

You must be 18 or older to create an account or to send a voicemail. Confirming your age in the app is a representation you make to us; it is not a full identity check, and lying about it violates these terms.

what you send

When you record a voicemail you choose, for that recording only, whether it is Just for you (private to the page owner) or Can be featured (the owner may publish it on their public page, including your voice). We never publish a private recording, and the owner cannot change that choice.

your content

You keep ownership of what you record and upload. You give blah.boo the permission needed to store, process and deliver it as the product describes. Don't upload content you don't have the right to share.

not allowed

Harassment, threats, hate, sexual content involving minors, doxxing, spam, impersonation and anything illegal. We can remove content, restrict publishing or close accounts for violations. Anyone can report content from any public page.

removal

Page owners can delete recordings and their account at any time. Senders can request removal of a published recording from the removal request page. We cannot recall copies that other people already downloaded.

service

blah.boo is provided as-is while in active development. We may change or discontinue features. These terms are governed by the law of the operator's jurisdiction, to be specified before launch.
